📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Remote areas may take a little longer.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most pin codes.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to collect the order.

📍 Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

🔁 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will get a tracking link via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your order anytime using that link.

❌ Undelivered / Returned Packages

  • If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, incomplete details, or customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
